The mission of Nyaya Samarthan is to provide free legal assistance to those who are unable to afford it, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to seek justice and protect their rights. We strive to empower individuals and communities by offering comprehensive legal support and advocacy.

Under Nyaya Samarthan, we offer a comprehensive array of pro bono legal services. These services include, but are not limited to, providing legal advice and consultations, representing clients in court proceedings, drafting legal documents, assisting with legal research, facilitating mediation and dispute resolution, and conducting educational workshops and legal awareness programs.

Our pro bono services are available to individuals and organizations that meet specific eligibility criteria. To qualify for assistance under Nyaya Samarthan, applicants must demonstrate financial need and a genuine requirement for legal support. We evaluate each case on its merits to ensure that our resources are directed to those who need them most.

If you or someone you know requires pro bono legal assistance, please follow these steps to apply: (1) complete the Nyaya Samarthan application form available on our website, (2) provide the necessary documents to demonstrate financial need and outline the legal issue, and await our team's review. 

After reviewing the application, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss the case in detail. Based on this consultation, we will determine eligibility and assign a suitable lawyer to handle the case.
